Jin-jang flow yoga every Friday in the Salt Hall
About yoga:
What is yoga? It's hard to say, because everyone else is different! Some people have exercise, stretching, strengthening, others have relaxation, meditation, breathing. It's certain that yoga brings us closer to ourselves, to our body, to our center, so that we can be more balanced and bear the stress of everyday life better. And by moving, we'll be healthier, stronger, more flexible, and we know you're a healthy soul.
It is important to know that the same yoga class is suitable for different levels of practitioners, as each asana has a variety of versions, from beginner to advanced, so that everyone can find the depth that is still acceptable and safe for him at the time, but it is challenging and able to develop in it!
During the class it is possible to skip the given practice and rest at any time. Nothing is mandatory! One of the main principles of yoga is the ahims, i.e. the principle of not harming ourselves - we only do what is not unpleasant yet, it is not painful.
About the clocks:
Basically, every hour will be a full body moving, introspective, tension-resolving clock with six ha and yin elements. Six if more active, moving, "power" asanas, yin means more passive, relaxing, "allowant" positions, so both poles will be represented in the clock, as if balancing the energies.
During the exercises we energize the internal organs, stimulate blood circulation, strengthen skeletal and deep muscle, stretch the facial tissues, mobilize the joints, calm our autonomic nervous system, relieve stress.
At this hour, we place great emphasis on the flow, the flow, so that we can deepen in motion, breathing, calm our thoughts, and get a real rest.
At the beginning of the class, we tune in to a chosen topic, we select essential oil for this, and we close the clock with a short meditation and/or relaxation.

From the scene:
The Bamboo Beauty Beauty Beauty House: is located on the corner of Maros and Háló Street in Szeged, entrance from Háló utca. If you come, press the 4th bell (Shater). Steping up the stairs, go straight ahead, then out to the courtyard, there you will find the door leading to the Salt Hall on the left. The Salt Hall is a small room with its own dressing room, kitchen, bathroom, shower. Matter, blanket, brick, etc. can be found in the room, so you don't have to bring these, of course, if you want to bring your own.
